      • Victus Colombia Fund.
        • Victus Colombia Fund will be Sembrador's fourth fund, and the first non Chilean Fund.
        • This fund will be administrated by Larraín Vial Colombia S.A., Victus Colombia intends to replicate the chilean model on this country, investing in orchard development and a variety of plantation diversifying in different regions, applying technologies available in order to create intensive and low risk precision agriculture, and also having attractive returns.
        • Through its funds, Sembrador has aimed for agricultural innovation, translated in new geographic area where its investments are deployed or introducing new species and niche products or even new varieties for traditional cultivars.
        • The manager took the decision to expand into the Colombian market considering this county´s economical growth potential and its offered competitive advantages like its geographical location, which is near to the importing international markets (mostly in the northern hemisphere), its arable land availability, important amounts of rain yearlong, privileged climate for multiple cultivars and relatively low land cost and low operative costs (energy and labor).
        • Victus Colombia will be a USD 15- 50 million fund with a duration of 10 years on its first compartment.
        • During the last 3 years, members of Sembrador have been traveling monthly to Colombia to get to know the agricultural opportunities and they have gathered that it is likely to invest in avocados, pineapples, cocoa and citrus among others.
